Production and Shipping Times

• Factory production time: 3–5 days after receiving your order.

• Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • USA: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • Spain & rest of Europe: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 15–21 business days

Production and Shipping from the United States
Our products are specially made to order for each customer. Preparation time is usually 1–3 business days under normal conditions.

Our factories and warehouses are located in the United States, and all shipments are made from New Jersey and Florida.

Orders with Multiple Products
If you order more than one item, they may not arrive at the same time. We ship each product as soon as it is ready, so you may receive several packages with different tracking numbers.

We have partnered with a package protection and tracking solution to provide our customers with the best possible delivery experience.

You can add premium package insurance at checkout, which allows you to easily submit claims for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.

Claims

• Claims for parcels marked as “delivered”: must be submitted after 5 days and within 15 days from the delivery date.

• Claims for parcels presumed lost (status not “delivered”): must be submitted after 7 days (20 days for international orders) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
